I am fortunate to have worked with a broad range of individuals experiencing mild to severe mental illness. In particular, I enjoy working with individuals with trauma and supporting them to live a more fulfilled life.
My hope is that my clients feel supported, safe, and empowered to achieve their goals. The therapeutic relationship is the most important piece to being successful in treatment. I place a lot of value on this factor and create a non judgmental space for sharing and processing feelings.
