I have been in private practice since 1991 and I work with adults, in individual therapy as well as couple therapy. The issues that I treat most often in my practice include anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I also help clients handle other life challenges such as divorce, infertility, loss and trauma.
I use several therapeutic strategies, primarily psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies, and choose whatever will be most helpful. I look forward to joining you in your journey.
