There are challenges at every stage of life. I work with parents/toddlers, children of all ages, teens, adults and couples. I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive post-master's training and have over 35-years experience. My goal is to assist and guide you in discovering how to best live your life. I work with people of all ages, struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, separation/loss and grief, isolation, work difficulties, parenting and family issues and interpersonal conflict. I also conduct forensic evaluations.
In our work together, we will explore areas where you feel stuck. We will uncover conflicts and discuss adaptive coping skills to lead to a more enriched life.
