Welcome. You are taking a step to seek help and I'm glad you found your way here. Most of the clients that work with me have been in therapy before and are at a place in their healing where they have "talked it out" yet still experience unresolved emotional pain in their daily life. They realize they need more than traditional talk therapy and are open to exploring ways to integrate their body into their healing journey. They may feel a little cautious, possibly even intimated to try different techniques, yet possess enough curiosity and determination to discover peace and harmony within their mind and body.
As an Certified EFT (tapping) practitioner, certified yoga instructor, and IFS informed therapist, I combine various techniques in session to help the mind and body work together toward healing. I help clients learn techniques to reduce unpleasant reactions related to trauma and other life stressors while increasing self-awareness and self-acceptance within.
