As a product of counseling myself, I decided to attend Wilmington University where I graduated in 2022 with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My clinical internship consisted of equine psychotherapy and face-to-face sessions with seniors, adults, young adults, and adolescences in individual, family, and group settings. I provides therapeutic services to adults and adolescents that have faced a wide range of mental health and social challenges. I have a passion for helping others and have experience in integrating evidence-based psychotherapy techniques including CBT and DBT.
I nurture my own self-care by spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy working out, listening to music, playing with my cat Finley, grand-puppy Molly, and enjoying all the beauty life has to offer especially while enjoying the beach or camping. “If I’m not at my best, how can I support others to be at their best”?
