I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we’ll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. Then, I have many evidence based therapy modalities that I use to move you forward faster. Most of them are the newer modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Ericksonian therapy, EFT, motivational interviewing and NLP. I integrate and combine these therapies to help you move through obstacles that have held you back.
I am trained in these evidence-based modalities: EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Brief solution focused therapy, CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy), EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, NLP and many others that I use- depending on the particular client.
When you become my client, we enter into a relationship The relationship might be shorter or longer in duration, but I like to think of my practice as a “home base” for you that you can return to when you need it.
