If so, let us support you, offering strategies for tackling daily struggles while also exploring identity. We provide emotional support for youth going through similar experiences. Our hope is that when youth finish the group, they learn about their identities, connect with others, and start to embrace their authentic selves.

Has your child or someone you care about ever been bullied? Or maybe question their gender identity? Perhaps your child isolates and emotionally shuts down. If so, let us support you, offering strategies and tools for coming alongside your child as they explore their identities and navigate daily challenges. We support parents and guardians with accessing resources, improving communication with their children/teens around gender, and finding community with other parents experiencing similar challenges. Our hope is that when parents finish the group, they deepen their parent-child relationships and nurture their children as they grow into their authentic selves.

LGBTQ+ Teen Therapy Group
LGBTQIA+ youth have high rates of bullying, depression, anxiety, and sexual violence due to stigma and discrimination. The LGBTQIA+ Teen Therapy Group provides a warm environment to support and explore struggles like navigating relationships and coming out. We encourage identity exploration, accessing LGBTQ-affirming communities, and psychoeducation. Our hope is that when teens finish the group, they have new skills and understanding that empowers them to embrace their true selves.
