I have specialized training in complex trauma and dissociative disorders and I am an EMDR certified therapist. I work from an insight-oriented approach in therapy that allows us to understand and change patterns that are not effective. I enjoy working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma.
I also provide psychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults to better understand themselves and help with diagnostic and treatment recommendations. I conduct cognitive assessments of memory and processing and assess attentional problems in both children and adults.
