With over 24 years in practice, and a direct, caring approach, I try to provide a safe, non judgmental environment that is conducive to self exploration. As you gain insight into yourself and you will also gain insight into others. This often results in feeling more connected with those around you. My clients often report they feel freer and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
In my decades of experience as a psychologist, I have worked with many different types of patients on many different problems. These days, I work a lot on women's health issues (fertility, miscarriage, postpartum), but I have also been helping people with ADHD, alcohol abuse issues and career anxiety.
