Susan completed her Master of Counseling degree from the University of Phoenix, Maui Campus. She obtained licensure in 2011. She was a school counselor for nearly 20 years, a clinical director of adolescents' prevention and treatment programs, and now, works with bereaved individuals and groups.
Often times our life circumstances are made worse by our thoughts and feelings about them. The cycle can be self-defeating without someone to hear what you are saying to yourself. Susan is skilled at hearing her client's self-talk and helping the client hear it as well. Once clients start hearing themselves, healing occurs!
