My therapy approach is designed to help find solutions. I view therapy as a problem solving process where gaining insight and using consistent strategies lead to freedom from anxiety/OCD & PTSD. As a certified TEAM Cognitive therapist, I integrate CPT, CBT, & I-CBT. ICBT (InferenceCBT) is an evidenced-based alternative to ERP (exposure response prevention).
