My goal is to help you create a process to create boundaries and sort through your emotional obstacles in order to manage life.
Drawing from my expertise, I find it useful to offer modalities such as behavioral, cognitive, interpersonal, and supportive, customizing my approach to the unique needs of each client. By combining these evidence-based approaches, I strive to create a therapeutic experience that is comprehensive, empathetic, and personalized.
The way we build physical muscle is similar to the way we build emotional strength, one session at a time. With new practices the goal is for you to gain confidence for a more meaningful life.
