My clients range in age from 22 to 95, so I am familiar with the ways these struggles show themselves througout the lifespan. My approach is warm, collaborative, and shaped to each client's needs. The focus is on what we think, and how we treat our thinking.
In therapy, clients discover the thought and behavior patterns perpetuating their suffering, learn what can be changed and how, and find new ways of responding to what doesn't change. This dual approach frees clients to move toward fulfillment whether their challenges are temporary or long-term, simple or complex.
