As a first generation, bilingual (English and Spanish) and bicultural psychotherapist, I am passionate about working with the Latino community. Therapy is a conversation to express your feelings in a safe, non- judgmental therapeutic environment based mutual respect and empathy. Within my practice, I cover a wide-range of services/issues that are common in everyday life. I offer a free 15 min consultation to give you an opportunity to get a sense of my therapeutic approach and determine if we are a good fit.
In the therapeutic process, my goal for my client is to create a safe and accepting therapeutic environment allowing my client to explore and heal emotional wounds.
We will work together to create an interactive therapeutic process and set measurable and realistic goals. I believe that through the process of gaining insight and awareness, you will develop healthy coping skills and self-empowerment to overcome obstacles in life after therapy has terminated.
