I'm a licensed psychotherapist certified in perinatal mental health. I support women during pregnancy and the postpartum period experiencing anxiety, depression, or grief due to infant loss. In our work, we explore the prevalent but unspoken expectations of mothers, the mental load of motherhood, the challenges of balancing family and work responsibilities.
