I integrate different approaches and respond thoughtfully to the unique needs of clients rather than adhere to a single theory. I am very skilled at helping people understand how past experiences and relationships influence current feelings and behaviors.

I believe therapy can be an empowering and transformative process through which individuals can feel better about themselves and more competent to deal with their own lives and life's challenges."
