For over 20 years, I have worked with clients of all ages who are dealing with life difficulties and mental health problems. In a safe, confidential setting, adults, adolescents and couples have the opportunity to lay out their concerns and explore in a non-judgmental relationship the best direction for their lives. My primary specializations are in working with people who are coping with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, addictions, and couples/marital problems. I accept most insurance, including Health Alliance and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and am on a number of Employee Assistance Program panels.
I believe therapy is a relationship in which together, we connect past life experiences to the present, and identify how to use strengths to increase self awareness and understanding.My therapeutic orientation focuses on forming a therapeutic alliance that improves communication between clients and those closest to them.
