I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist through the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I am a Certified Equine Psychotherapist through the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA). I trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with addictions, depression/anxiety, trauma, grief, divorce, anger and family work.
I am able to adapt my counseling style to fit your needs. I use Experiential Therapy with horses, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psychoanalytic and EMDR. I hope you will allow me to work with you to achieve your goals.
