I work eclectically and flexibly with adults of all backgrounds seeking therapy because of anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues that block our ability to feel peace and joy in our lives. Perhaps you find yourself sinking deeper into depression, lacking the enthusiasm you once had for life. Maybe you find yourself overwhelmed with anxiety. Perhaps you're feeling it's time to dig deeper and heal old wounds. Or maybe you have experienced a severe trauma, and life has never been the same since. I am here to hold space for and to work with you on all levels: mind, heart, body, and spirit.
I have a unique background, including a legal education and formal training in mindfulness meditation and energy medicine. I use Buddhist concepts and non-religious spirituality and draw upon mindfulness, energy psychology, and EMDR to help clients regulate their emotions, heal negative self-beliefs, and encourage new, more positive thoughts and emotions.
Helping others on their healing path is a calling for me and I feel humbled and honored to be able to do this work. The decision to seek psychotherapy is a brave one.
