I’m entering the twenty-first century in my clinical practice. I’m very excited to be offering “Text Coaching”: Problem solving, working through creative blocks, dealing with difficult medical situation, facing family or relationships struggles, exploring your mind, spirit, soul and heart, all through text messaging. If you’re interested in knowing more and/or exploring this with me, please email. I am a 68 year old practitioner and have been in the helping field for much of my adult life. I was a psychotherapist for 20 years before shifting to coaching.
I continue to offer in-person sessions in my office in Goshen, a half hour west of Northampton. Working from a foundation of feminist, psychological and psychosocial theories in my coaching practice, I draw from Humanist, Gestalt, Transpersonal, Jungian, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Psychosynthesis, Ecopsychology, Buddhism, and Mind-Body Paradigms.
For those who find the written word an organic method of communication and expression of thoughts and feelings, before in office sessions, weekly presession writings are shared with me and create a powerful synergy of self-reflective understanding and relational processes. In the succeeding session we dive into, extend, and explore your presession writings.
