I believe that every person holds the seeds to their own healing, and deserves a safe and supportive space to facilitate personal transformation. I work in a deeply collaborative way and use treatment approaches such as EMDR and EFT. I am also a Certified Hakomi Therapist.
Every person is unique and so will need an approach suited to their needs and their deeper self. I will work with you to understand those places where you may be stuck. Together we can discover new and more satisfying ways of being.
