I encourage my clients to focus on their strengths and develop internal confidence and self acceptance.
My interests include body image concerns and eating disorders struggles. I work with clients of all ages experiencing mood and anxiety disorders; with couples to strengthen their relationship; and, with parents on cooperative parenting strategies. I am comfortable addressing grief and end of life issues.
