Emphasis is on assisting clients develop a greater understanding of their emotional lives, relationships and environments. The development of coping tools and strategies is facilitated so clients can strengthen skills necessary to effect change in their lives. I work to help each client achieve their specific goals and realize their full potential.
Depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationships and family and work/life balance are areas frequently addressed in treatment. I have a special interest in the treatment of young adults and individuals in transitional phases of life.
