I am a strength based therapist who uses multiple techniques in order to best serve each client's individual needs. I work with a wide range of ages and diagnoses with a specialization in PTSD and trauma informed training in EMDR. I treat depression, anxiety, ODD, conduct disorders, trauma, adjustment disorders, anger management, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, addictive behaviors, parenting support and conflict resolution. I work with a variety of techniques but specialize in EMDR and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Training). I collaborate with clients to identify their goals in therapy and empower them to met these goals.
My private practice is a warm, welcoming and safe environment in the heart of downtown Andover, MA. You can easily access our office by car, train or bus. There is elevator access to the second floor.
