There comes a time when we all need a little help to cope with some of life's challenges. Life can often feel overwhelming and even exhausting, especially in today's environment. If this is one of those times that you are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or a death or loss that you are grieving, I am here. My goal in therapy is to create a safe space for you to explore difficult emotions, while leading you towards a place of healing and self-discovery.
I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing grief and loss as well as those that struggle with depression and anxiety. Grief often shows up when we least expect it and that loss can feel overwhelming. If you are experiencing a loss, or symptoms of anxiety or depression, I can offer support and help you make sense of difficult emotions.
I offer psychotherapy for grief and other emotional struggles. Whether you are depressed, anxious, or suffering from grief and loss, I can assist you with the emotional pain that keeps you stuck.
