I bring to the therapeutic relationship more than fifteen years of experience working with adults, children, and families, using both verbal and non -verbal techniques. My training includes psychodynamic psychotherapy, child therapy, EMDR (an effective technique for dealing with trauma), hypnosis, mindfulness, stress reduction, and play and art therapy techniques.
