I love helping people, analogies, and hiking up mountains. Life sometimes gives us metaphorical mountains we wouldn’t choose. I am passionate about women’s issues and am trained in perinatal mental health, postpartum mood disorders, trauma, and EMDR, eating disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. I am comfortable integrating faith and religious values in treatment, or walking with you as you map out a new faith journey or spiritual path.
I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, with emphasis on self-care, mindfulness, and other wellness practices to help you keep climbing and find meaning and joy in the journey of life.
