Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been practicing since 2014. I have a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Radford University (1992), Master of Arts in Education from Norfolk State University (1997), and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University (2015). I was a high school teacher for 21 years teaching students with special needs before beginning my career in clinical counseling.

I am trained in Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD (CBCT-P). As an LPC, I specialize in supporting adolescent and adult clients experiencing difficulties with life transitions, career challenges, self-esteem, managing stress,
