I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho and Illinois. I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IYAT), a Healing Touch Practitioner and a student of Integrative Health. I studied at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, certified in Ayurvedic Health, Meditation and Yoga.
I have extensive training and experience in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing (SE Advanced III).
Our sessions are based on your needs and level of awareness using acceptance change strategies, self-exploration and discovery to support you as you redesign your life. I live and work in Fountain Hills, Arizona but currently only offer online sessions. I look forward to meeting with you.
