As a therapist I approach working with each person as an individual. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or other modalities as they suit each person's personality, personal narrative or strengths.
