With over 25 years of experience as a mental health social worker, I offer individual, couples, family and group therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I am a trauma informed clinician with an expertise and specialty in the area of Domestic Abuse/Intimate Partner Violence, Child Abuse, Rape, Sexual Assault, family court issues (mediation) around custody/visitation. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I offer consulting and specialized non-theraputic services pertaining to custody and visitation evaluations, mediation services regarding custody and visitation and mandated mental health assessments/evaluations for juveniles and adults.
Trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, powerful, focused treatment methods that work by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. It is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound.
