I work with individuals who are ready to break free from the bonds of trauma and negative beliefs about themselves, others, and the world. Whether you have just experienced a traumatic event or buried it for years, I believe healing is possible when you put yourself first. By putting yourself first, you begin to rebuild trust and safety in yourself and the world around you, one small step at a time. The steps you take may include practicing daily acts of self-love, breaking down negative self-talk, and uncovering your true self through shadow work. Whatever your steps are, I will walk with you until the sun rises again in your life.
I work with women and teenagers aged 13-65 years. I specialize in helping those with body image issues, victims of sexual assault, high-conflict separations/co-parenting relationships, low self-image, ADHD, including those diagnosed in adulthood, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I offer individual 53-minute sessions virtually and in person in Tacoma.
You deserve to be the best version of yourself, and that begins when you put yourself first and allow healing to transform you. As a trauma survivor, I know the depth of pain and loneliness that leads to not knowing who you are anymore. Taking that first step to reach out for help is the hardest, and when you do, know there is hope and healing ahead.
