Aloha my name is Tatiana Macias and thank you for making it to this point. You are taking the first step in mental health recovery. Mental health knows no age which is why I love to guide all people on their journey with Marriage/Family difficulties and Trauma difficulties. Symptoms of anger, flash backs, anxiety, depression, muscle tension, hopelessness, not feeling loved, not being good enough, grief, etc. are extremely difficult to live with day to day. Doing this alone is difficult and I am here to walk with you through this difficult, confusing time.
I have completed level 1 Gottman training, am a certified clinical trauma professional, and trained in infant/child parenting. I utilize a person centered approach and employ methods of CBT and solution focused.
