I am a seasoned therapist with over 10+ years experience working with individuals who live with a variety of concerns such as suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, borderline personality and antisocial personality disorders, and substance use disorders. With a trauma informed, person-centered approach, I utilize cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), compassion therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help a person to build a life worth living. You deserve to live your best life.
