I am trained in EMDR, which is a powerful treatment for the relief of traumas and past hurts, as well as parts work/IFS. I have also worked extensively with trans folks of all ages. As a cisgender white woman, I am aware of the privilege afforded to me in this culture, and believe my clients when they discuss their experiences of life.
