I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I've been working in mental health for 10 years. During this time I've worked with individuals and couples in private practice, as well as pediatrics, teens and adults in a hospital setting. The social injustices of the world initially drew me to the field of social work, and along this path I found my calling for working closely with people who've experienced complex trauma & adversity. I use trauma focused modalities in correlation with mindfulness practices, movement/nutrition, artistic expression, and an eclectic approach tailored to each individual's unique human experience.
