I am passionate about working with adults who are going through various challenges including life transitions/changes, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-discovery and self-care. Many adults are living with generational trauma that has impacted their life in known and unknown ways. Oftentimes, day-to-day life gets in the way of healing and adapting due to all of the various responsibilities on your plate which ultimately places you on the back burner. I hope to create a space that is safe, inviting, allows you to openly express yourself, and helps create balance in your life.
As humans, we are relational beings who learn and seek connection from others in various ways. We often struggle with knowing how much and how to care for ourselves and others without losing life’s balance. I strive to meet you where you are in life and help you regain/strengthen your confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and form healthy relationships.
