Often times our lives get entangled in things that we cannot control. We get lost in life’s complexities and cannot decide how to refresh. My therapy approach is eclectic but I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help my clients. I help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, gender identity, and grief. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with years of experience working with people from diverse background.
I believe that change, growth, and recovery are possible irrespective of the challenges we face. I provide a safe space where my clients can expect compassion, warmth, empathy, and strength-based therapy.
