Hi, I’m Dr. Sadik! It’s nice to meet you. I have over thirty-five years of experience in working with children, teens, and adults in educational and therapeutic settings. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, NCC, BC-HSP), I am committed to working with you on your journey toward your goals and aspirations. I work with young adults, adults, and couples, focusing on issues such as anxiety, stress, panic attacks, depression, and communication challenges. I utilize a combination of person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy, with an emphasis on strength-based approaches.
Creating a supportive therapeutic environment helps clients build the skills and confidence necessary to make positive, healthy changes in their lives. I work with clients from a wide array of religious, racial and cultural backgrounds and I have found that my approach and style is best suited for young adults, adults, and couples.
