Managing life stressors can be very difficult and affect our day-to-day life. Living with unhealed traumas and reminders of our most difficult times in our lives, can impact how we view this world. With experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, and cultural struggles; I can provide you a safe and non-judgmental space to begin that healing journey.
I am a bilingual (in Spanish) and bicultural therapist with over three years of experience providing support to children, adults, and families. I also have experience in parenting support and trauma-informed care. I recently began the process of becoming Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) trained.
