I see clients in Alabama, Florida and Texas. It is my honor to walk alongside people who have committed to the change they want to experience in their lives. I have had the privilege of working with clients for over 15 years. To me, one of the most important aspects of therapy is the FIT between the client and therapist. Our first goal will be to ensure that you feel comfortable with me and that I am inviting you into a trustworthy space for our work. I will be honest - therapy with me will be work, but it will always be done with compassion and care. Life is not easy, but finding a good therapist to walk alongside you should be!
I know that I have a keen ability to assess relational dynamics and move towards CHANGE! I do not like wasting time (or that of clients). I will constantly ask, “how is this connected to your goal/what you want?” I would be honored to walk alongside you to your desired goals!
