Life can be overwhelming and challenging. I understand how difficult it may be to find the right therapist to address your needs, especially after you finally made the effort to seek support. I tend to work well with people who have had difficulty getting the results they desired with other clinicians. I am compassionate in my approach yet direct as I remain active in assisting you to move beyond the issues that continue to impact your daily life. Our sessions will be a safe space for you to be your most authentic self in which to process difficult emotions while making the changes needed for growth and healing.
I utilize a trauma-focused lens to assist individuals experiencing all types of relationship conflict and loss creating anxiety, depression and/or grief. I also specialize in BPD, ADHD, and couple's counseling using evidence-based modalities (CBT/DBT/EMDR/Mind-Body) to implement needed skills to change maladaptive thoughts and ineffective coping behaviors.
