Feeling overwhelmed? We all do at times. Current openings with 25+ years of experience in teaching, counseling, and business consulting. I will address your counseling and consulting needs in a respectful, confidential, and caring manner. The areas I address are stress management, conflict resolution, creative problem solving, communication skills, and overcoming depression. I can help you with anxiety by encouraging self- care and discovering and using your strengths. I can assure you that my intention is for you to feel heard and validated. I also am a Washington Children's Mental Health Specialist and treat teens. With children as one of my specialties, I have served over 1,000 children in my practice and teaching career.
