Hello, thank you for visiting my profile. I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals and couples. I provide both short and long term treatment for people looking to enhance self-awareness while developing healthy coping mechanisms. Building upon these just these two areas will improve the quality of your life They are key to establishing a positive sense of self, making important behavioral changes, and creating more fulfilling relationships.
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I also welcome those who are looking to improve their self-esteem and overall well-being. I use a client-centered approach to identify individual needs and assess treatment goals then utilize psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches for deeper exploration and change.
