As a therapist specializing in mental health, trauma, PTSD, restorative and sensory-enhanced-yoga, holistic treatment, and chronic illness/pain, I strive to help individuals manage their own unique challenges. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, or something else, I can help navigate these issues with you to help you achieve more peace, calm, and fulfillment.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with almost 30 years of experience. I work with Override Health (www.override.health) to provide virtual care for people with chronic pain but I also treat many other health conditions. My therapeutic approach draws on a range of psychological, cognitive, behavioral and holistic treatments.
