Grief and loss can leave you feeling shattered, as though you will never experience joy again. Life losses take many forms: The loss of a loved one, suicide loss, life transitions, loss of a relationship, physical losses, psychological losses, loss from trauma, financial losses, loss of a pet, loss from natural causes, and so on. It's difficult knowing where to turn for help during these times. Finding someone to help you navigate your grief journey is important to your healing and wholeness. I will provide the help you are looking for in a safe and supportive setting, as you walk through life's struggles.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I have over 20 years experience in the area of grief and loss, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, women's issues, adolescent issues, and other life challenges. I also specialize in suicide loss and have published a book for survivors of suicide, "Finding Your Way After the Suicide of Someone You Love."
When you are struggling with life's issues you want to talk with someone who has life experience and who has experienced some of the challenges you are facing. Finding a therapist who understands is key to making positive changes and having a positive counseling experience. I welcome your call and the opportunity to talk with you further about your needs.
