I help individuals achieve this through the use of insight oriented counseling, understanding life patterns, learning to reconnect to our bodies though the use of our breath and creative visualization. I specialize in treating relationship issues, addiction/substance abuse, depression, anxiety, job related issues, couples treatment and divorce recovery.
