I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice along with EMDR Therapy. In our first session I will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide with you what is the best plan to move forward towards healing. With CBT, we will look at how your thoughts impact your emotions and how to make positive changes there. With EMDR we will explore how trauma creates negative core beliefs.
