STCS is a non profit organization dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families build lasting bonds with those around them. We have a holistic approach to healing and believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to grow! We offer a variety of treatment approaches including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Reiki, Yoga and and have a uniquely designed physical wellness program to accompany our mental health services.
We are currently offering low fee, online groups that offer support in the following areas: coping with COVID, Parenting in a Pandemic, and Yoga for mental health and wellness. We also offer an in person walking group, designed to safely build and enhance social relationships.
STCS strives to empower individuals, enrich relationships, and support the growth of strong and connected communities. We believe that when individuals are empowered, they are able to find meaningful relationships that can expand into compassionate communities of people, coming together empower, advocate, and support one another.
