My name is Katelynn Bento, I am a licensed professional counselor and I am the owner of Strong Minds, LLC. My hours are flexible, but they will be Monday-Friday. During your initial visit we will spend some time getting to know one another and what your goals are for treatment. I have 6 years’ experience working in mental health predominantly in the hospital setting. I have a lot of experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, binge eating disorders, gender identity issues, addiction, and mood disorders.
I am a strong believer in a natural approach with medications as a last resort. I believe in using different therapeutic approaches and lifestyle changes in helping ones achieve their goals! I have a background in fitness and am also a registered nurse. I believe the body impacts the mind and both systems affect one another.
